Join the flight deck on our Embraer E‑Jet family (E170/E190) as a direct entry First Officer. Non‑type rated pilots are welcome — we provide the full E‑Jet type rating and training pathway. This is a permanent role for professionals ready to advance on a modern, efficient short‑to‑medium haul fleet.

🧭 Minimum requirements

Total time: A minimum of 500 hours flight time or 100 route sectors on a Multi‑Pilot Aircraft
Licences: CPL + IR + ME or MPL
Accepted authorities: EASA, UK CAA
Medical: Class 1
English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 6
Additional requirements: Hold a UK Part‑FCL licence or hold an EASA licence and meet the UK CAA “Third Country CPL and ATPL licence conversion requirements” (route 3, 4, 5 or 6)
Right to work: You must have the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

🧰 Training and onboarding

We welcome Non‑Type Rated candidates. Successful applicants will receive a comprehensive Embraer E‑Jet (E170/E190) type rating and airline induction, including:

Ground school and systems training tailored to the E‑Jet family
Full‑flight simulator phases leading to type endorsement
Line training and supervised operating experience to release
Recurrent training and checking in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards

Operate the Embraer E170/E190 safely and efficiently in accordance with company SOPs
Support the Captain across all flight phases: planning, performance, fuel, and navigation
Execute high‑quality pre‑flight preparation, briefings, and post‑flight duties
Manage aircraft systems, FMS programming, and performance data
Apply exemplary CRM, threat and error management, and decision‑making
Uphold safety, compliance, and customer service standards on every sector
