First Officer – Embraer E‑Jet (E170/E190) | Direct Entry, NTR with Training

🧭 Your mission

As a First Officer on the Embraer E‑Jet, you will operate multi‑crew commercial flights, ensuring safe, efficient and customer‑focused operations across our network.

• Support the Captain through all phases of flight planning, execution and post‑flight duties.
• Operate to the highest safety and SOP standards in a multi‑pilot environment.
• Apply strong CRM and decision‑making in normal and non‑normal operations.
• Uphold a professional cockpit culture and contribute to an excellent passenger experience.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Licences:
  Hold a UK Part‑FCL licence OR hold an EASA licence and meet the “Third Country CPL and ATPL licence conversion requirements” set out by the UK CAA (routes 3, 4, 5 or 6).
• Ratings:
  IR and ME with CPL; or a valid MPL.
• Flight time:
  Minimum 500 hours total time OR at least 100 route sectors on a multi‑pilot aircraft.
• Accepted authorities:
  EASA or UKCAA.
• Medical:
  Valid Class 1 medical (EASA or UKCAA).
• Language:
  ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 6.
• Type rating:
  Not required — E‑Jet training provided for suitable candidates.
• Visa sponsorship:
  Not provided.

🌟 Training and development

We welcome non‑type‑rated pilots. Successful candidates will complete a structured E‑Jet programme, including ground school, full‑motion simulator sessions and supervised line training to ensure a confident transition to line operations.
