Step into the right seat of our Embraer E‑Jet family and help deliver safe, efficient, and memorable journeys. This is a permanent role with type rating training provided (NTR) for qualified EASA licence holders.
🧭 Your mission
As a First Officer on the Embraer E170/E190, you will operate in a multi-crew environment to the highest professional standards, supporting safe and on-time performance across our network.
- Operate the E‑Jet in compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the Captain and cabin crew to deliver a safe, efficient, and passenger-focused experience.
- Prepare, plan, and execute flights with precision, from pre‑flight to shutdown.
- Embrace a safety-first mindset, proactive decision-making, and continuous improvement.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Licences: EASA Frozen ATPL with current IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT.
- Medical: Valid Class 1.
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Languages: English and Montenegrin.
- Education: Minimum secondary education.
- Background: No criminal record.
- Age-related requirement: Candidates aged 35+ must have experience in commercial air traffic on a multi‑crew aircraft and hold a valid ATPL (practical exam passed).
- Type rating: Not required; training provided upon selection.
- Work authorization: As visa sponsorship is not provided, you must already have the right to live and work as required.
