First Officer – Embraer E‑Jet Fleet (E170/E190)

As a First Officer on the Embraer E170/E190, you will operate in a multi-crew environment to the highest professional standards, supporting safe and on-time performance across our network.

• Operate the E‑Jet in compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with the Captain and cabin crew to deliver a safe, efficient, and passenger-focused experience.
• Prepare, plan, and execute flights with precision, from pre‑flight to shutdown.
• Embrace a safety-first mindset, proactive decision-making, and continuous improvement.

• Licences: EASA Frozen ATPL with current IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT.
• Medical: Valid Class 1.
• English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
• Languages: English and Montenegrin.
• Education: Minimum secondary education.
• Background: No criminal record.
• Age-related requirement: Candidates aged 35+ must have experience in commercial air traffic on a multi‑crew aircraft and hold a valid ATPL (practical exam passed).
• Type rating: Not required; training provided upon selection.
• Work authorization: As visa sponsorship is not provided, you must already have the right to live and work as required.
