🧭 The Role

As First Officer, you will operate across a variety of multi‑engine types under SOPs, supporting safe, efficient passenger and cargo operations in diverse conditions. You will work closely with your Captain and operations team to deliver reliable service, precise IFR flying, and professional customer care. Experience in Arctic or off‑strip environments is an asset and will be valued in our operations.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, and weight & balance.
  • Maintain strong IFR proficiency, systems knowledge, and checklist discipline.
  • Operate in varied environments, including remote strips and challenging weather, as required.
  • Collaborate with the Captain and crew using effective CRM and clear communication.
  • Uphold the highest safety standards, reporting and mitigating hazards proactively.
  • Support ground and turnaround duties to keep operations running on time.

🌟 What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum Total Time: 1,000 hours
  • Licences: CPL, IR, METCCA holders
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Security: Ability to obtain Transport Canada security clearances
  • Type Rating: Not required; training provided
  • Preferred: Arctic and off‑strip experience
  • Visa Sponsorship: Not provided
