First Officer (Dash 8 Q400) – Permanent Role in the UAE

As First Officer, you’ll work with an experienced crew focused on safety, precision, and outstanding customer service. This is a permanent role with the flexibility to support missions in other locations as operational needs evolve.

🧰 What You’ll Do

• Operate the Dash 8 Q400 to the highest safety and compliance standards, adhering to SOPs and company policies.
• Support all phases of flight: planning, performance calculations, briefings, and disciplined execution.
• Deliver a consistently positive, customer-focused onboard experience.
• Collaborate closely with the PIC, cabin crew, and ops teams to ensure on-time performance and operational excellence.
• Adapt to changing schedules and assignments, including temporary duty in other locations when required.
• Contribute to a strong safety culture, including proactive reporting within the SMS.

🌟 What You Bring

Minimum Requirements

• Total Time: 1,500 hours
• On Type (Q400): 300 hours
• Type Rating: Current Dash 8 Q400 type rating
• Customer Focus: Proven commitment to service and professionalism
• Teamwork: Excellent team player with clear, calm communication
• Attitude: Flexible and solutions-driven

Preferred

• License: GCAA holder
• Experience: 2+ years offshore operations on type
• Region: Previous or current Middle East operating experience

🧑‍✈️ Licences & Medical

• Licence Required: ATP / ATPL
• Accepted Authorities: EASA, FAA, GCAA (UAE)
• Medical: Class 1
• English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher

📍 Base & Mobility

• Primary Base: United Arab Emirates
• Assignments: Potential deployments to other locations per operational requirements
• Visa Sponsorship: Provided
