🧭 The Opportunity

As a First Officer, you will operate within a high-performance, safety-first culture alongside an experienced Captain, maintaining impeccable standards of airmanship, customer care, and discretion. You’ll receive type training and recurrent support to thrive on the Citation XLS family, building your jet and corporate aviation experience.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total time: 1000 hours
  • PIC time: 500 hours
  • License: CPL, IATRA, IR, ME (TCCA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • Type rating: Not required (Training Provided)

Applicants must hold valid TCCA credentials. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

🌟 Preferred Background

Corporate/Business aviation experience is an asset, but not required. A strong safety mindset, polished customer service, and proactive teamwork are key.

📋 What You’ll Do

  • Support the Captain in all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Execute professional preflight planning, performance calculations, weather and NOTAM review, and flight risk assessments.
  • Manage FMS programming, navigation, and communications; monitor systems and performance.
  • Deliver a refined passenger experience with discretion, courtesy, and attention to detail.
  • Participate in a just-culture SMS, reporting hazards and supporting continuous improvement.
  • Assist with post-flight duties, documentation, and light caretaking to keep the aircraft mission-ready.

🎓 Training & Growth

  • Type rating on the Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+ provided.
  • Recurrent training and checking to maintain currency and proficiency.
  • Opportunities to deepen corporate aviation skills and expand responsibilities over time.
