🧭 What You’ll Do
- Support the Captain through all phases of flight, adhering to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with flight planning, performance, weight and balance, and FMS preparation.
- Maintain the highest safety standards and robust checklist discipline.
- Deliver courteous, customer-oriented service and clear communication with passengers and crew.
- Perform reliably under pressure and changing operational demands.
- Complete initial type rating and recurrent training/checking as required.
🧰 Minimum Qualifications
- Total time: 1,500 hours
- Multi-engine: 250 hours
- Licences: TCCA IR and ME; IATRA or ATPL-A eligibility
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Type rating: Not required — training provided
- Preferred: ATPL-A

- Ability to obtain a RAIC (security pass)
- Satisfactory criminal record check
- Ability to obtain United States TSA approval to initiate training
- Valid Canadian passport
- Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure
- Open to licence holders: TCCA only
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided
