Airshare is seeking an accomplished CL30 First Officer to join a high-performing team operating a modern, mixed fleet. Based in Overland Park, Kansas, you will primarily fly the Challenger 3500 and may also support missions on the Phenom 300, delivering a seamless experience for fractional, jet card, and charter customers.

• Base of Operations: Overland Park, Kansas
• Mission Types: Fractional, jet card, and charter flights
• Fleet: Challenger 3500 (primary) with opportunities to operate the Phenom 300

🧰 What You’ll Do

• Serve as First Officer on the Challenger 3500, supporting safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations.
• Collaborate closely with the Captain and flight department to deliver exceptional service across fractional, jet card, and charter missions.
• Participate in flight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and pre/post-flight procedures.
• Uphold company standards, SOPs, and a strong safety culture on every leg.
• Represent Airshare with professionalism while engaging with owners, members, and charter guests.
