🧭 The Role

As First Officer, you will partner with the PIC to deliver safe, on-time operations and a refined client experience across a diverse mission profile in Part 91 and 135 environments.

  • Operate as SIC on the Challenger 300, adhering to company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Support comprehensive preflight planning, performance calculations, and weight-and-balance.
  • Execute checklists, apply CRM best practices, and maintain a strong safety culture.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, crew, dispatch, and maintenance to ensure seamless trips.
  • Represent Latitude 33 Aviation with professionalism and outstanding customer care.

  • No significant accidents, incidents, or enforcements within the last 5 years.
  • Residence in, or willingness to relocate to, the Greater Los Angeles area.

📏 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total Time: 3,000 hours
  • PIC Time: 1,000 hours
  • Multi-Engine: 1,000 hours
  • Jet: 500 hours
  • Type Rating: Not required — training provided
  • Certificates: FAA CPL with IR and ME
  • Medical: Class 1 (First Class)
