Fuji Dream Airlines is seeking motivated First Officer candidates to join our Flight Crew Department in Nagoya. If you hold (or will soon hold) a Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating and meet our medical and language standards, this is your runway to line operations on scheduled and charter services.

✈️ About the opportunity

As a First Officer candidate, you will train and operate on Fuji Dream Airlines aircraft across scheduled and charter flights. This entry-level pathway is designed for pilots who meet licensing and medical standards; prior airline experience is not required.

🧭 Location & schedule

  • Location: Flight Crew Department, Nagoya Airport, Toyoyama, Nishikasugai, Aichi
  • Roster: Shifts coordinated with training phases and flight operations

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Perform flight-crew duties on Fuji Dream Airlines scheduled and charter services
  • Participate in company training, checks, and simulator sessions as assigned
  • Operate within standard operating procedures and safety management frameworks

🌟 What you’ll bring

  • No prior airline work experience required
  • Already hold, or be able to obtain by April 2027, all of the following:
    • CPL
    • Instrument Rating
    • Aeronautical Radio Operator qualification
    • Class 1 Aviation Medical Certificate
  • English proficiency approximately TOEIC 650

Note: Applicants who have served in the Japan Self-Defense Forces must have left the service by the end of September 2024.

Specified blood-test items: total protein, albumin, total bilirubin, ALP, LD, AST, ALT, gamma-GT, CK, amylase, total cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, uric acid, sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, inorganic phosphorus, iron, blood glucose, HbA1c, and CRP.

  • Applicants with experience as a First Officer at another airline (scheduled air transport operator) should apply via the separate entry page for experienced candidates; their selection process differs.
  • No minimums are stated for total flight time, PIC time, multi-engine time, aircraft type, or type rating.
