First Officer – Business Jet Fleet (Oklahoma City)

🧭 Your Mission

As a First Officer, you will support safe, efficient, and professional flight operations across North America and beyond. You’ll operate within company SOPs, deliver exceptional service to our clients, and uphold the highest standards of airmanship and crew coordination.

• Execute duties of Second-in-Command in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in flight planning, performance calculations, fuel planning, and weather/NOTAM analysis.
• Maintain exemplary CRM and communication with the PIC, crew, and dispatch.
• Support international operations, including customs and entry requirements, as assigned.
• Ensure cabin and cockpit safety, security, and client comfort from preflight to postflight.
• Complete required training, checking, and currency; adhere to safety management and reporting practices.

🧰 What You Bring

• Minimum 1,000 hours total time.
• FAA CPL with IR and ME.
• Current FAA Class 2 Medical.
• Valid passport without travel restrictions for the United States, Mexico, Canada, and other destinations served by Private Jets, Inc.
• Eligible for CANPASS.
• Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
• Ability to pass a 10-year CHRC background check, plus pre-employment and random drug screening.
• No travel prohibitions; unrestricted ability to travel as scheduled.
• Residency in, or willingness to relocate to, the Oklahoma City area.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (visa sponsorship not available).

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

• Prior turbojet experience with at least an SIC type rating in a transport category aircraft.
• Previous experience in a Part 135 charter environment.
• Strong decision-making, situational awareness, and professional demeanor with clients.
• Proficiency with international procedures and cross-border operations.

📍 Location & Operations

This role is based in Oklahoma City, OK. Operations regularly include travel within the U.S., Mexico, Canada, and additional destinations served by Private Jets, Inc. Relocation to the OKC area is required or you must be willing to relocate.
