✈️ The Role
Operate across a dynamic schedule under FAR Part 135, Part 91 Subpart K, and Part 91, delivering safe, efficient, and exceptional owner experiences.
- Partner with the Captain using strong CRM to execute domestic and international missions.
- Plan and conduct flights in full compliance with FAA, ICAO, and other international regulations.
- Perform thorough preflight preparation: performance calculations, weather and NOTAM analysis, weight and balance, and risk assessments.
- Deliver five-star service and clear communication to owners and crew at every stage of flight.
- Maintain readiness to report to your assigned domicile within two hours—regardless of weather—to meet owner responsiveness standards.
- Leverage company systems and web-based tools for planning, reporting, and communication.
🧭 Where You’ll Fly
- Operate throughout the United States and to all cities/countries where Flexjet serves.
- Frequent cross-border operations; ability to obtain CANPASS required.
- Home-basing at major airports; commuting to and from domicile is at company expense during scheduled days.
🧰 What You’ll Bring
- Valid passport and eligibility to obtain a CANPASS permit.
- Working knowledge of all applicable FAR under Part 135, Part 91 Subpart K, and Part 91.
- Thorough understanding of FAA, ICAO, and other international flight operations regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and advanced multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written, and presentation skills.
- Computer proficiency with word processing, email, and web-based applications.
- Passionate attention to detail, commitment to teamwork, and a well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Residence near—or willingness to relocate near—the assigned domicile, with the ability to report within two hours in all weather conditions.
🌟 Minimum Qualifications
- Total time: 3,000 hours. Quality of time matters. Special consideration for military experience, PIC time, turbine time, and time in our airframes.
- Type rating: Not required — training provided (NTR).
- License: ATP.
- Open to license holders: FAA.
- Medical: Class 1.
- Preferred: Previous experience in Part 135/91K or corporate aircraft operations.
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided.
