  • Preferred: Type rating on Bombardier Global 5500 or willingness to complete training; prior VIP/business aviation experience
  • Licence: EASA CPL + IR + ME
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4+
  • Languages: English and Danish (or another Scandinavian language)

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Support the PIC across all flight phases, ensuring safe, compliant operations to the highest standards.
  • Execute thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and aircraft preparation for global missions.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with crew, dispatch, and ground services.
  • Deliver exceptional service and discretion for VIP clients while safeguarding their safety, comfort, and privacy.
  • Adhere to company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and best practices at all times.
  • Contribute to a positive cockpit culture focused on teamwork, continuous improvement, and reliability.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Licences: EASA CPL + IR + ME
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Communication: Excellent command of English and Danish (or another Scandinavian language)
  • Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Availability: Flexibility to work weekends/holidays and respond at short notice as required
  • Type Rating: Not required (training provided; NTR welcome)

🌟 Preferred Profile

  • Bombardier Global 5500 type rating or willingness to complete the type rating program
  • Previous experience in VIP/business aviation operations
  • Demonstrated customer focus, discretion, and situational awareness

🕒 Roster & Flexibility

Operations may require weekend and holiday flying with short-notice callouts. A calm, adaptable approach and strong teamwork are essential to meet dynamic VIP schedules.
