🧭 Your mission
As First Officer on the Challenger 604, you will support the Captain in delivering safe, efficient, and polished operations from planning to shutdown. You’ll exercise sound judgment, champion SOPs, and elevate the passenger experience—every flight, every time.
- Prepare, brief, and execute flights in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Apply robust CRM and TEM practices to anticipate and manage risk.
- Participate in flight planning, performance, and fuel calculations; monitor aircraft systems and navigation.
- Contribute to a professional cabin experience and represent the operation with discretion and service focus.
- Engage in recurrent training and continuous improvement, including type rating and line training.
🧰 What you bring
- Total time: 1,500+ hours
- High‑performance time: 1,000+ hours on single‑pilot or multi‑pilot high‑performance aircraft
- Licence: EASA Frozen ATPL with valid IR and ME
- Medical: EASA Class 1
- Language: ICAO English Level 5 or higher
- Type Rating: Not required; willingness to complete CL‑604 type rating and training
- Work authorization: Ability to work without visa sponsorship
- Strong situational awareness, SOP discipline, and a calm, collaborative cockpit presence.
