🧭 Role at a glance

As a First Officer on the Boeing fleet, you will operate multi-crew jet flights to the highest professional standards, ensuring safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations. You will adhere to SOPs, exercise strong CRM, and support a proactive safety culture while continuously developing technical and leadership skills.

🧰 Minimum flight experience

  • Total time: 1000 hours
  • PIC time: 250 hours
  • Jet time: 100 hours
  • Type rating: Not required (training provided)
  • Preferred: ATP licence holders

🌟 Qualifications & requirements

  • Licences: CAAI-issued CPL with IR and ME
  • Medical: Valid Class 1
  • Language: Very good Hebrew; ICAO ELP Level 5
  • Education: High school diploma (mandatory)
  • Passport: Valid at the start of the course
  • Theory: Valid Group C theoretical test certificate

📅 Selection process & key dates

  • Screening window: 26 April – 10 May 2026
  • Format: 2–3 days of screening per candidate — please prepare accordingly
  • Security clearance: Admission to the course is conditional on passing a security clearance process approved by the State Security Clearance Unit of the Israel Security Agency and the Israel Police (to be carried out by El Al prior to the induction course)

✈️ Training & development

NTR candidates are welcome. Successful applicants will receive full aircraft-specific training and type rating on the Boeing fleet. Your onboarding will emphasise SOP mastery, CRM excellence, and operational resilience.
