🧰 The Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performance team and play a key role in our flight operations. As a First Officer, you will ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of our widebody aircraft while collaborating closely with the flight and cabin crew to deliver excellent service on every sector.
- Operate the Boeing 767/777 in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
- Execute all phases of flight with a strong focus on safety, situational awareness, and fuel-efficient practices.
- Apply effective Crew Resource Management (CRM) to support teamwork and decision-making.
- Prepare, brief, and manage flights across long-haul and diverse international routes and environments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through professional conduct, adherence to procedures, and feedback.

- Completion of 12th grade or equivalent education.
- Strong communication skills and proven CRM proficiency.
- Willingness to travel internationally for extended periods (one month or more).
- Professionalism, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset suited to worldwide operations.
📏 Minimum Requirements
- License: EASA CPL with IR and ME.
- Medical: Class 1.
- English Proficiency: ICAO ELP level 4 or higher.
- Type Rating: Not required; training provided by the company.
- Total Time: Minimum 500 hours on CS-25 aircraft or equivalent (MTOW over 10 tons or seating capacity of more than 19 passengers).
- Turbine Time: Minimum 500 hours.
- Eligibility: Open to EASA license holders.
