✈️ About the role

As a Boeing 737 MAX First Officer, you will execute all phases of flight to the highest safety and professionalism standards, working closely with the Captain and operations teams. You will prepare and brief flights, manage aircraft performance, apply SOPs and CRM, and contribute to a positive, safety-first cockpit culture. This position is ideal for pilots ready to transition onto the 737 MAX with structured training and line support.

🧭 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: ≥ 1,500 hours (or ≥ 1,000 hours for candidates qualifying under local Dominican Republic provisions)
  • PIC hours: Not required
  • License: Valid ATPL — open to ICAO license holders
  • Medical: Current Class 1
  • English: ICAO ELP Level 4 (minimum)
  • US visa: Current B1/B2 at time of application and onboarding

🌟 Preferred profile

  • Type rated: B737 NG or B737 MAX type rating (preferred)

Non–type-rated pilots are encouraged to apply — successful candidates will receive a full type course.

  • Comprehensive 737 MAX type training provided for non–type-rated hires
  • Strong focus on SOP adherence, threat & error management, and CRM
  • Recurrent training and line checks aligned with ICAO standards
