Step onto the 737 MAX flight deck and advance your career on a permanent contract. Non-type-rated pilots are welcome, with full training provided for eligible candidates.

✈️ About the role

As a B737 MAX First Officer, you will operate multi-crew jet services while upholding the highest standards of safety, airmanship and customer service. You will join a supportive training environment with access to Zero Flight Time Training (ZFTT) for eligible pilots.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Work closely with the Captain and cabin crew to deliver safe, compliant and on-time operations.
  • Prepare, brief and execute each sector using SOPs, FMS and performance tools.
  • Monitor flight progress, manage automation and adapt to changing operational conditions.
  • Apply CRM principles, contribute to a just culture and engage in continuous improvement.
  • Represent the airline professionally with customers, colleagues and authorities.

🧰 What you bring

  • Licence: EASA Part-FCL Frozen ATPL with IR, ME, MCC and UPRT
  • Medical: EASA Class 1
  • English: ICAO English Language Proficiency level 4 or higher
  • Experience: Minimum 500 hours on multi-crew jet aircraft
  • Passport: Valid for unrestricted worldwide travel and at least 6 months beyond training start date
  • Clearance: Able to pass aviation security background checks and meet all EU regulatory requirements for flight crew clearance
  • Availability: Can report to AMS within 60 minutes when on standby
  • Work rights: Long-term EU residence/work rights strongly preferred; sponsorship is not available
  • Type rating: Not required; training provided if selected

Note: EU flight crew clearance requirements may impact eligibility for candidates without long-term residence or work rights in the EU.

🌟 Licensing and flight time notes

Non-type-rated pilots are welcome. If not currently type-rated on the Boeing 737, you may be eligible for Zero Flight Time Training (ZFTT) in accordance with FCL.730.A provided you have completed one of the following:

  • A minimum of 500 hours flight time on a multi-pilot turbo-jet aeroplane certificated to CS-25 (or equivalent), or
  • At least 100 route sectors on such a multi-pilot turbo-jet, or
  • Experience on a multi-pilot turbo-prop aeroplane with a maximum certificated take-off mass of 10 tonnes or more, or a certificated passenger seating configuration of more than 19.
