✈️ About the role

As a Super King Air First Officer, you will operate in a multi-crew, multi-engine IFR environment, supporting safe, efficient, and on-time operations. You’ll work closely with the Captain and ground teams to deliver excellent standards of airmanship, procedural compliance, and crew resource management.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Support the Captain through all phases of flight, from preflight planning to shutdown.
  • Execute SOPs, checklists, and company policies with precision and professionalism.
  • Manage navigation, radios, and flight deck workflows in high-workload IFR environments.
  • Contribute to a just culture of safety reporting, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
  • Represent the company with excellent communication and customer care.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

  • Total time: 1,000 hours
  • Multi-engine: 500 hours
  • Licences: TCCA CPL with IR and ME
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4 (minimum)
  • Type rating: Not required (training provided)

🌟 Preferred

  • IATRA, or SARON and SAMRA exams completed; or Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL-A) preferred.

🛡️ Clearances & travel

  • RAIC: Ability to obtain a security pass
  • Background check: Satisfactory criminal record check
  • TSA: Ability to obtain U.S. TSA approval to initiate training
  • Passport: Valid passport
  • Work authorization: Eligible to work in Canada; visa sponsorship is not provided
  • Open to licence holders: TCCA
