First Officer – Airbus A320 Family (NTR Welcome)

• Operate A320 family aircraft as First Officer in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Execute precise flight planning, fuel management, and performance calculations.
• Maintain the highest safety standards through effective CRM and threat and error management.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate closely with the flight deck and cabin crew to deliver an excellent operation.
• Contribute to a proactive safety culture through reporting, briefings, and continuous improvement.

• EASA fATPL (or ATPL theory credit) with valid IR/ME.
• Unrestricted Class 1 Medical.
• ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
• EU citizenship or the right to live and work in the EU.
• Professionalism, strong situational awareness, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Important: An A320 Type Rating is not required at the time of application. However, all successful candidates will be required to obtain and present a valid A320 Type Rating before the commencement of their initial company training. NTR candidates are welcome to apply.

Non-type-rated applicants are encouraged to apply. You will need to complete and present your A320 Type Rating prior to starting initial company training.
