- Conduct annual aircraft-record audits and ensure full compliance with fleet documentation requirements.
- Act as a liaison among the Assistant Chief Pilot, Director of Training, Account Manager, Director of Maintenance, Trip Support Specialists, owner, charter department, and Chief Pilot’s office.
- Drive clear communication around owner or charter-client trip changes; provide timely updates to scheduling personnel and support special projects and reporting.
- Champion culture and safety: foster strong internal/external relationships, provide process and safety feedback, and help manage the aircraft owner’s experience.
- Organize regular flight-department meetings; participate in interviewing and selection of personnel and recommend additional training when appropriate.
🧰 What you bring
- DA-900 type rating (Falcon 900EX).
- ATP certificate and First Class Medical; current and qualified per applicable FAA Part 91 and/or Part 135 requirements for the assigned aircraft.
