Clearview Aviation is seeking a safety-focused Captain to lead operations on a Falcon 900EX EASy within a high-touch private aviation flight department. This three-pilot account is supported by a factory-trained maintenance technician and a dedicated cabin attendant, and typically flies approximately 200 Part 91 hours and 150 Part 135 hours annually. As Captain, you’ll deliver safe, efficient, and compliant flight operations while partnering closely with maintenance, ground support, management, owners, and passengers to provide a highly personalized service experience.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Plan, organize, and execute each flight safely, efficiently, and professionally in accordance with federal/local regulations and company policies.
  • Lead and support the flight department crew, fostering teamwork, professionalism, and morale.
  • Coordinate closely with maintenance on scheduled/unscheduled items, database updates, audits, checklists, and all pre- and post-flight tasks.
  • Identify and communicate maintenance abnormalities; record aircraft discrepancies for immediate reporting to the Director of Maintenance.
  • Ensure aircraft airworthiness and readiness through maintenance compliance and thorough preflight inspections.
  • Obtain and evaluate current weather, forecasts, and NOTAMs for routes, destinations, and alternates.
  • Collaborate with ground operations and trip support to deliver seamless end-to-end journeys.
  • Maintain expert working knowledge of aircraft systems, emergency equipment, and procedures.
  • Stay current with FAA regulations, company procedures, and operational best practices.
  • Accurately complete trip paperwork, log flight hours, and maintain all regulatory records.
  • Complete recurrent training, safety briefings, and Falcon 900EX EASy qualifications as required.
  • Provide discreet, high-touch service to owners and passengers, proactively resolving any service deviations.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Certificates & Medical: FAA ATP (unrestricted or restricted), current FAA First Class Medical, FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
  • Flight Time Minimums: 5,000 hours total fixed-wing; 2,500 hours multi-engine; 2,000 hours PIC; 1,500 hours turbine; 250 hours night.
  • Experience: Five years of Part 91/135 experience; background in comparable ultra-long-range aircraft (required). EASy experience preferred.
  • Documents & Travel: Valid passport and state driver’s license; unrestricted ability to travel throughout the EU, Canada, and the Caribbean.
  • Professionalism: Fluent English communication; ability to maintain strict discretion and confidentiality.
  • Availability: Willing and able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as operational needs dictate.
  • Compliance: Pass pre-employment drug screening and participate in random drug and alcohol testing as required; strong knowledge of Part 91/135 regulations and best practices.

🌟 Preferred qualifications

  • EASy platform experience.
  • 250 hours of PIC time in a comparable aircraft within the prior 12 months.
  • International operations experience, including EASA environments and non-contiguous U.S. flying.
  • 500 hours as an international flight crew member.
