Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking an experienced Captain to lead our Part 91 Dassault Falcon 900EX operation based at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (KBZN). Operation: Part 91 private aviation
Employment: Full-time (not contract)
Annual Utilization: ~200 flight hours
Compensation: $300,000 – $325,000

✈️ The Opportunity

As Captain, you’ll command a Falcon 900EX within a highly reputable private aviation program, ensuring safe, efficient, and discreet operations. You’ll model best-in-class airmanship, uphold rigorous standards, and contribute to a culture built on excellence, care, accountability, and trust.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Serve as Pilot in Command for Clay Lacy Aviation’s Part 91 Falcon 900EX operation based at KBZN (~200 hours annually).
  • Exercise sound judgment and exceptional situational awareness in all phases of flight.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all Federal Aviation Regulations (FAA), company Operations Manual, Ops Specs, SOPs, and policies.
  • Maintain meticulous standards for safety, security, and service for owners and passengers.
  • Participate in safety-sensitive programs under DOT/FAA drug and alcohol regulations, including pre-employment and random testing.
  • Support additional duties as assigned to meet operational requirements; responsibilities may be amended without notice.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 3,500 hours total time; 2,000 hours PIC; 1,000 hours turbine.
  • Current DA-900 type rating with at least 200 hours in type.
  • ATP certificate required.
  • Residence within a two-hour drivable commute of Bozeman, Montana, or willingness to relocate.
  • Unrestricted ability to travel internationally.
  • Ability to pass DOT/FAA drug screening and background checks; ongoing participation in random testing as required.
  • Willingness to provide full, legible, color copies of both sides of all FAA certificates, including medical; completion of required disclosure forms.
