Solairus Aviation is seeking a full-time Falcon 900DX Captain to be based at Opa‑locka Executive Airport (KOPF) in Florida. As Pilot-in-Command, you will lead the flight crew to deliver safe, expert, and service-focused trips while upholding Solairus’s culture of safety, service, and integrity. This is an on-call role requiring residency within a two-hour drive of KOPF or a willingness to relocate.
🧭 Mission & Impact
As the PIC of a Falcon 900DX, you will set the tone for every flight—championing rigorous safety practices, sound decision-making, and exceptional client care. You will coordinate closely with your crew to execute seamless operations across domestic and international environments.
🧰 Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify the aircraft’s maintenance status prior to each mission.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual (AFM).
- Complete comprehensive weather, NOTAM, and facilities checks for the planned route, destination, and alternates.
- Ensure all flights comply with Solairus Aviation policies and applicable FARs.
- Safeguard the well-being of passengers, aircraft, and crew throughout all phases of flight.
- Accurately complete and submit all trip documentation in line with current procedures.

- Total time: 3,000+ hours
- Pilot-in-command (PIC): 1,500+ hours
- Multi-engine land (MEL): 1,500+ hours
- MEL PIC: 500+ hours
- Turbojet time: 500+ hours
- Instrument time: 250+ hours
- Type rating: Falcon 900DX (or comparable aircraft)
- Medical: FAA First-Class
- Training: Annual ICAO international procedures
- Availability: Comfortable with on-call operations
- Residency: Primary residence within two hours of KOPF, or willingness to relocate
Note: Candidates must meet all minimum flight experience thresholds to be considered.
