🧭 The role

In this leadership seat, you will fly as a crewmember and act as the hub for communication between the account and Clay Lacy Aviation. Partner closely with the ACM, DOM, Director of Training, ACP, and Trip Support Specialists to keep operations seamless, safe, and on standard.

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Act as Pilot in Command on Falcon 900 missions under Part 91 and/or Part 135, as assigned.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the account and Clay Lacy Aviation teams, ensuring timely, clear communication.
  • Ensure crew compliance with applicable regulations, directives, and SOPs, as well as CLA OpSpecs, GOM, and FOM.
  • Coordinate training events with the Director of Training and ACP; monitor currency and documentation.
  • Assist in managing crew member schedules, including roster planning and time-off coordination.
  • Review and reconcile crew expense reports and vendor invoices in line with company policy.
  • Foster strong working relationships within the flight department and champion CLA culture and ideals.

🌟 What you bring

  • Current ATP license issued by the FAA.
  • Current and valid First-Class Medical.
  • Current Falcon 900 type rating (type rated required).
  • Experience sufficient to safely operate the assigned aircraft in compliance with CLA OpSpecs, GOM, and FOM, while meeting applicable FAA Part 91 and/or Part 135 requirements for the Falcon 900.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, safety-first mindset.

  • Commute: Reside within a 2-hour drivable commuting distance to KVNY.
