🧭 The opportunity

As Captain, you’ll own the safe, efficient operation of the Falcon 900 from briefing to shutdown, championing exemplary crew coordination and passenger care. You’re a true team player—flexible, proactive, and ready to support the operation whenever needed to keep every sector on time and to standard.

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Lead all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and applicable regulations.
  • Exercise sound command decision-making with a safety-first mindset.
  • Promote top-tier CRM and foster a collaborative cockpit and cabin environment.
  • Conduct thorough planning: performance, fuel, weather, alternates, and NOTAMs.
  • Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and a discreet, professional service experience.
  • Maintain accurate tech logs, report defects, and liaise with maintenance as required.
  • Support flight crew development through constructive briefing, debriefing, and mentorship.

🌟 Minimum qualifications

  • Total time: 3,000 hours
  • Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time: 500 hours
  • Jet time: 500 hours
  • Time in type: 500 hours on Falcon 900
  • Type rating: Required on Falcon 900
  • Flight time notes: 500 hours PIC jet time on type or similar in commercial air transport (CAT)
  • License: Valid EASA ATPL
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher

Soft skills: Excellent team player with strong CRM, flexible, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the operation runs smoothly at all times.

🏅 Preferred

  • Captains with LTC experience on type are especially welcome.
