✈️ The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Falcon 900 Captain to deliver safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations. You’ll serve as PIC under Part 91, uphold exacting standards, and represent the flight department with professionalism on every mission.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Serve as Pilot in Command of the Falcon 900 under Part 91 operations.
- Ensure full compliance with all FARs, company operations manual, operations specifications, SOPs, and policies.
- Lead comprehensive flight planning, performance and weight-and-balance, weather and risk assessment, and fuel strategy.
- Champion a world-class passenger experience while maintaining a safety-first mindset.
- Coordinate effectively with crew and stakeholders; maintain training currency and meticulous records.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support flight department excellence.
🧭 Where You’ll Be
Base of operations is Nashville International Airport (KBNA). Candidates must reside within a two-hour drivable commute of KBNA or be willing to relocate.
🌟 What You Bring
- Total time: 3,500+ hours
- PIC time: 2,000+ hours
- Turbine time: 1,000+ hours
- Type rating: Falcon 900 (DA‑900) — required
- License: ATP (Unrestricted)
- Medical: FAA First Class
- Documents: Valid, unexpired driver’s license and passport
- Commitment to live within a two-hour drive of KBNA or relocate accordingly.
- Ability to pass DOT/FAA drug screening and background checks; willing to participate in random drug/alcohol testing.
- Provide full, legible, color copies (both sides) of all FAA certificates, including medical, and complete a disclosure form during the application process.
💼 Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $235,000–$275,000 base salary, commensurate with experience, with a fully paid and upgraded compensation plan.
