Take the left seat of a Dassault Falcon 900 and lead safe, polished operations for a professional flight department. If you’re a type-rated, service-focused aviator who thrives in dynamic, on-call corporate aviation, we’d love to hear from you.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as Captain on the Falcon 900, ensuring safety, compliance, and exceptional passenger experience on every mission.
- Plan and execute domestic and international flights, including oceanic and ICAO procedures.
- Lead risk management and decision-making: weather, fuel, performance, alternates, and weight & balance.
- Coordinate seamlessly with flight crew, dispatch, maintenance, FBOs, and passengers for smooth, on-time operations.
- Uphold confidentiality and high-touch service standards throughout every phase of flight.
- Maintain currency, training, and accurate records; model a proactive safety culture and SMS mindset.
- Support aircraft readiness, documentation, and regulatory compliance, including MEL/eLogs and post-flight reporting.
- Participate in the on-call roster and adapt to varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Total Time: 3,000 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 1,500 hours
- Multi-Engine: 1,500 hours
- Jet: 500 hours
- Instrument: 250 hours
- Type Rating: Required (Falcon 900)
- License: ATP — FAA
- Medical: Class 1

- Willing to work on an on-call basis.
- Complete ICAO International procedures training annually.
- Primary residence within a 2-hour drive of KSJC or willingness to relocate.
