🧭 About the role
As First Officer, you will support the PIC in delivering safe, efficient, and discreet flights for an international clientele. You will operate within a rigorous EASA framework, uphold exacting SOPs, and contribute to an exceptional passenger experience from wheels-up to touchdown.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Execute all First Officer duties in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Lead flight planning tasks: performance, route, fuel, alternates, and weather/NOTAM analysis.
- Conduct precise IFR operations, including FMS setup, navigation, and monitoring.
- Deliver professional passenger care and cabin safety in a premium business aviation environment.
- Support a robust safety culture: TEM, CRM, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain training currency and contribute to a positive, collaborative cockpit dynamic.
🌍 Base and lifestyle
- Residence: Candidates must reside within a 2-hour travel radius of Geneva or be prepared to relocate prior to joining.

🌟 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 1,000 hours
- In type: 200 hours on Falcon 7X/8X
- IFR experience: Minimum 500 hours in EASA CAT operations
- Licenses: EASA Frozen ATPL, IR, ME, UPRT
- Accepted licenses: EASA only
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 5
- Passport & travel: Valid unrestricted EU passport, including the right to travel to the US (B1/B2 & C1/D visas appreciated)
- Type-rated: Yes (Falcon 7X/8X)
🔐 Screening & compliance
- Background: Clear criminal record and no security restrictions
- Assessments: Psychological assessment, drug screening, and Police background check
