🧭 What you’ll do

  • Captain the Falcon 7X, executing safe, efficient, and compliant flight operations domestically and internationally.
  • Lead all phases of flight: preflight planning, performance calculations, briefings, and post-flight duties.
  • Apply sound aeronautical decision-making and risk management aligned with Solairus’ safety management culture.
  • Deliver elevated client service, maintaining professionalism, discretion, and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Coordinate closely with crew, dispatch, maintenance, and owners to ensure seamless trip execution.
  • Uphold all regulatory, company, and operational standards, including annual ICAO international procedures training.

🧰 What you bring

  • Minimum flight time: Total: 3000 hrs | PIC: 1500 hrs | Multi-Engine: 1500 hrs | Multi-Engine PIC: 500 hrs | Jet: 500 hrs | Instrument: 250 hrs
  • Certificates: FAA ATP; Current First Class Medical
  • Type-Rated: Falcon 7X type rating required
  • Readiness: Able to work on an on-call basis with variable schedule demands
  • Location: Primary residence within a 2-hour drive of KIAD or willingness to relocate
  • Training: Ability to complete annual ICAO international procedures training
  • Exceptional CRM, communication, and client-service skills; unwavering commitment to safety and integrity.

🌍 Where you’ll be based

Home base is KIAD (Washington Dulles International). To support on-call responsiveness and operational reliability, candidates must reside within a two-hour drive of KIAD or be willing to relocate.
