🧭 Your mission
As Captain, you will command Falcon 7X/8X operations with a safety-first mindset, delivering smooth, on-time flights and a premium passenger experience.
- Plan and execute flights to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and efficiency.
- Lead the crew through all phases of flight, ensuring effective CRM and teamwork.
- Apply company SMS and SOPs, maintaining strict regulatory adherence.
- Oversee performance calculations, weather and NOTAM reviews, and fuel planning.
- Coordinate with maintenance and dispatch for serviceability, deferrals, and dispatch reliability.
- Represent the operator with professionalism and discretion at all times.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 2000 hours
- In type: 500 hours on Falcon 7X/8X
- Minimum 1000 IFR flight hours in EASA CAT operations
- License: ATPL (EASA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Type Rating: Falcon 7X/8X required
🌍 Additional requirements
- Reside within a 2-hour travel radius of Geneva (base airport) or be willing to relocate.
- Hold a valid, unrestricted EU passport and the right to travel to the US; B1/B2 and C1/D visas appreciated.
- Clear criminal record and no security restrictions. The selection process includes a psychological assessment, drug screening, and a police background check.
