✈️ The Opportunity

We are seeking First Officers with proven jet experience at a scheduled airline to fly our domestic and charter network. You’ll operate modern regional jets, uphold the highest safety and operational standards, and contribute to a tight‑knit team known for precision and hospitality.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Conduct safe and efficient domestic scheduled and charter flight operations.
  • Execute SOPs, checklist discipline, and threat & error management to the highest standard.
  • Collaborate closely with the Captain, cabin crew, and OCC to ensure on-time performance.
  • Participate in recurrent training, checks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Represent FDA’s service values across all customer touchpoints.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

  • Recent First Officer experience on jet aircraft at a scheduled airline operator (essential).
  • Licences/Certificates:
    • CPL(A) – Multi-Engine Land
    • Instrument Rating (IR)
    • Aeronautical Radio Operator (航空無線通信士)
    • Class 1 Aviation Medical (第1種航空身体検査証明)
  • English proficiency: TOEIC 650+.
  • Education: Not specified/No minimum required.
  • Professionalism, situational awareness, and strong CRM skills.

Compensation is determined per company regulations and will reflect your prior experience.
