Join a growing Japanese carrier operating domestic scheduled and charter flights. As a Captain (experienced hire), you’ll bring prior jet command from a scheduled airline and help deliver punctual, passenger‑focused operations while mentoring crews and upholding the highest safety standards.

🧭 Where You’ll Be

• Head office: Toyoyama, Aichi (Nagoya area)
• Duty bases: Nagoya and Shizuoka
• Network: Domestic Japan, including diverse charter destinations

🧰 What You’ll Do

• Command domestic scheduled and charter flights in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Lead and mentor flight deck and cabin crews to maintain a strong safety and service culture.
• Execute flight planning, performance, and fuel strategies; manage operational decision‑making and disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with all company, JCAB, and international aviation requirements.
• Represent FDA professionally with passengers, operational partners, and airports across Japan.

🌟 What You’ll Bring

• Must-have experience: Prior Captain (PIC) experience on jet aircraft at another scheduled airline operator.
• Licences/Certificates:
  • Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) — Multi‑Engine Land
  • Instrument Rating (IR)
  • Aeronautical Radio Operator (航空無線通信士)
  • Class 1 Aviation Medical
• Language: English proficiency with TOEIC 650+.
• Education: No specific academic requirement.

💴 Compensation & Benefits

• Expected annual package: From JPY 11,900,000
• Base monthly salary: From JPY 800,000
• Bonuses: Twice per year
• Overtime: No fixed overtime component
• Days off: Approximately 120 per year
• Annual leave (first year): Up to 10 days, pro‑rated by start month (Apr–Sep: 10; Oct: 8; Nov: 6; Dec: 4; Jan: 3; Feb: 2; Mar: 1); next year’s allocation on April 1
• Insurance: Health, Employees’ Pension, Employment, and Workers’ Accident Compensation
• Allowances: Commuting allowance; housing allowance may apply per company policy (e.g., up to JPY 40,000 for eligible positions)
• Retirement: Retirement system and retirement benefits
