Experienced First Officer (Boeing 737NG) – Jakarta

• Operate the Boeing 737NG on scheduled routes across Indonesia, with frequent missions into the Papua region.
• Conduct comprehensive pre-flight planning, inspections, and safety checks.
• Apply effective Crew Resource Management and SOPs in multi-crew operations.
• Ensure full compliance with DGCA CASR and company policies.
• Perform remain-overnight (RON) duties as rostered, particularly supporting Papua operations.

• Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with Instrument Rating and Multi-Engine endorsement.
• B737NG type rating with a minimum of 50 hours on type.
• Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 500 hours multi-engine time.
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
• Graduate of an aviation school.
• Comprehensive knowledge of DGCA CASR regulations.
• Proficiency with computer applications relevant to flight operations.
• No colour vision deficiency.
• Non-smoker.
• Willing to enter into a bond agreement with the company.
• Willing and able to work RON schedules in the Papua region.
• Right to work in Indonesia (visa sponsorship is not provided).
