As Captain on the Citation M2/CJ series, you will command point-to-point executive missions throughout Europe, ensuring uncompromising safety, seamless operations, and a refined, confidential experience for high-profile clients.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

• Command safe, efficient flights in accordance with International Operations Procedures and company SOPs.
• Plan, brief, and execute missions end-to-end: performance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, alternates, and contingency planning.
• Manage executive flight operations with discretion, tact, and attention to detail at every guest touchpoint.
• Coordinate with flight support, handlers, and authorities across multiple jurisdictions to ensure on-time performance.
• Lead effective CRM, mentor SICs where applicable, and foster a calm, service-led cockpit culture.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and aircraft care on and off the ramp.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

• Valid CPL; C525 rating an advantage but not mandatory.
• Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time.
• Familiarity with International Operations Procedures and Executive Flight Management.
• Exceptional communication skills and a client-first mindset.
• Demonstrated discretion, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver exclusive, personalized service to VIP passengers.
• ICAO English Level 4 (Level 5 preferred).
