Embraer Phenom 300 Captain (PIC) – Southeast Asia

A fast-growing business aviation operator is expanding its Embraer Phenom 300/300E fleet and seeks an experienced Captain to anchor safe, efficient, and premium charter operations under Part 91 and Part 135. If you thrive in dynamic environments and set the tone for excellence on every sector, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Fleet: Embraer Phenom 300/300E (EMB-505)
  • License: ATPL required

🧭 Your mission

  • Serve as PIC on the Phenom 300/300E for regional and international missions throughout Southeast Asia.
  • Uphold a safety-first culture, ensuring full compliance with company SOPs, Part 91/135 regulations, and operational manuals.
  • Own end-to-end flight planning: performance, weight and balance, fuel strategy, weather and NOTAMs, alternates, and risk assessment.
  • Lead a professional two-crew cockpit, coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams, and deliver a premium client experience.
  • Ensure aircraft airworthiness documentation, logbook accuracy, and timely discrepancy reporting in collaboration with maintenance control.
  • Maintain currency and proficiency through required training, checks, and continuous improvement.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Total Time: 2,500–3,500+ hours.
  • PIC Time: 1,000–1,500 hours; jet PIC preferred.
  • Jet/Turbine Time: 1,000+ hours preferred.
  • ATPL required.
  • EMB-505 (Phenom 300) type rating preferred.
  • Valid First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Valid passport and unrestricted ability to travel internationally.
  • English proficiency: ICAO Level 4 or higher preferred.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and customer-focused mindset suited to high-end charter operations.
