ExecuJet Middle East is seeking an experienced First Officer to operate a Lineage aircraft from our Dubai, UAE base within the Flight Operations division. In this corporate and business aviation role, you will support the PIC to deliver safe, compliant and polished operations across aircraft preparation, navigation, passenger care, documentation, crew coordination and operational reporting.
✈️ Role snapshot
As First Officer, you will operate to the highest standards of safety and professionalism, supporting the Commander on all phases of flight. You will help ensure the aircraft is airworthy and prepared, maintain precise navigation and terrain clearance, care for passengers, and uphold ExecuJet Middle East’s reputation on every sector.
🧭 Key responsibilities
- Operate the aircraft in accordance with the EJME Private Operations Manual and the company COM/POM, including aircraft-specific SOPs, performance limitations and flight duty/safety requirements.
- Assist the PIC with documentation and confirm aircraft airworthiness prior to departure.
- Independently monitor geographical position and maintain safe terrain clearance at all times.
- Liaise with the PIC/Lead Commander and passengers when defects or operational issues may affect the schedule.
- Create a safe, professional onboard environment with strong CRM; uphold crew discipline, presentation and the reputation of ExecuJet Middle East.
- Check passenger travel documents; support safety briefings; when delegated, brief on journey time, en‑route weather, potential delays and other pertinent information.
- Verify synchronization of both EFBs prior to flight and ensure accurate operational reporting.
- Comply with applicable flight-time-limitation and rest requirements.
- Understand and act on Operational Instructions and Crew Memos; operate in accordance with civil aviation regulations applicable to the aircraft’s registry.
- Report faults, failures, malfunctions, defects, abnormalities, events, incidents and accidents through the correct channels; immediately inform the Commander of any occurrence that could endanger the operation.
- Note: Duties are indicative rather than exhaustive and may evolve to meet business objectives.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- Valid ATPL (ICAO).
- Minimum 1,500 hours total time, including 1,000 hours multi‑engine and 500 hours jet time.
- Background in rated corporate or business aviation with familiarity in rated operations.
- Current type rating; Embraer Lineage type rating and experience on type are desired.
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
- High standards of airmanship, SOP discipline, CRM and regulatory compliance.
