Lead safe, reliable ERJ145 operations across multiple African destinations on a permanent contract. We’re seeking a seasoned, type-rated Captain who thrives on extended rotations, operational variety, and delivering excellence with every sector.

  • Employment: Permanent
  • Aircraft: Embraer ERJ145 (ERJ family)
  • Type Rating: Required
  • Rotation: 6–12 week deployments
  • Region: Africa (multi-country operations)
  • Travel: Willing to travel extensively
  • Visa Sponsorship: Provided

🧭 Your mission

As Captain, you’ll set the standard for operational excellence and crew leadership. You’ll ensure compliant, on-time, and efficient operations under company SOPs, mentor your team on the line, make sound decisions in dynamic environments, and represent the brand with professionalism at every station.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • License & Medical: ATPL (open to ICAO license holders), Class 1 Medical, ELP Level 4 or higher.
  • Total Time: 3,000+ hours.
  • PIC Time: 2,500+ hours total PIC.
  • PIC on Type: 500+ hours on ERJ145.
  • Multi-Engine: 2,500+ hours.
  • Turbine: 2,500+ hours.
  • Type Rating: ERJ145 type rating required.

Flight time note: Minimum 2,500 hours total PIC on multi‑engine turbine/jet aircraft.
