🧭 Minimum Qualifications

• Total Time: 500 hours
• Multi‑Engine Time: 50 hours
• Pilot‑in‑Command: 250 hours
• Alternate Path: Meets eligibility for R‑ATP

• License: Minimum R‑ATP (ATP welcome)
• Medical: FAA First‑Class Medical
• Permit: FCC Radiotelephone Operator Permit
• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Type Rating: Not required (NTR)

As an ERJ‑145 First Officer, you’ll support safe, efficient operations from preflight to shutdown while delivering a professional passenger experience.

• Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs, FARs, and AFM limitations.
• Perform thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and systems checks.
• Coordinate with the Captain, dispatch, and maintenance to ensure on‑time, safe departures.
• Use sound judgment and Crew Resource Management (CRM) to manage normal and abnormal situations.
• Provide courteous, professional interactions with passengers and crew.
