As an EMB‑120 First Officer, you’ll operate in diverse conditions across regional routes, working closely with your Captain and operations teams to deliver safe, punctual, and professional services. 🧭 What you’ll do

• Execute multi‑crew operations on the Embraer EMB‑120 in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain the highest safety standards, situational awareness, and professional airmanship on every sector.
• Demonstrate effective CRM, clear communication, and teamwork with flight and ground crews.
• Complete pre‑/post‑flight duties, performance calculations, and accurate operational reporting.
• Contribute to a positive safety culture through disciplined checklist use and proactive risk management.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 1,000 hours (minimum).
• Multi‑engine command: 250 hours (minimum).
• Licence: ATPL (CASA).
• ATPL subjects: Completed or actively working towards completion.
• Instrument: Current Multi‑Engine IPC.
• Turboprop experience: Prior experience on single or multi‑crew, multi‑engine turboprop aircraft.
• MCC: CASA‑recognised Multi‑Crew Cooperation (MCC) certificate desirable.
