• Operate the E195‑E2 to the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and on‑time performance.
• Lead and collaborate with your crew to meet organizational goals and Porter’s Flying Refined service standards.
• Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS): identify hazards, report incidents, and champion the Company Safety Policy.
• Demonstrate core behaviours: proactive decision‑making, teamwork, exceptional passenger service, results focus, and open, respectful communication.

• Licensing: Transport Canada Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL), or completion of SAMRA & SARON exams.
• Experience: Minimum 1,500 hours total flight time.
• Assets: Previous jet experience in high‑density airspace; time on E170 type‑variant; CARs 705 operational experience; aviation college or university degree.
• Work eligibility: Legally entitled to work in Canada; valid Canadian passport, or valid international passport with a US Crewmember Visa (C‑1/D).
