Lead flight deck and cabin crews through exemplary airmanship, teamwork, and clear, respectful communication.
Champion Porter’s Safety Management System: identify and report hazards and incidents, comply with Company Safety Policy, and actively promote a just safety culture.
Deliver Porter’s Flying Refined experience, ensuring consistent, elevated passenger service.
Support an expanding North American schedule with operational flexibility, initiative, and a results focus.
Model integrity and people leadership; inspire others and recognize and champion change.

Transport Canada ATPL and ICAO English Level 5+.
Total time: 4,500+ hours.
Transport-category jet time (CARs 705): 1,000+ hours total, including 500+ hours PIC on transport-category jet aircraft in CARs 705 airline operations.
Recency: Recent airline flying experience within the last 24 months.
Work authorization: Legal ability to work in Canada.
Travel documents: Current valid Canadian passport, or a valid international passport with a valid U.S. Crewmember Visa (C-1/D).

Pilots who do not meet every minimum may be considered based on overall experience at the discretion of Flight Operations Management.
