Air Serbia invites experienced leaders to take the left seat on our Embraer E195 fleet. Based in vibrant Belgrade, you will command reliable, passenger-focused operations across our growing European network while upholding the highest standards of safety and airmanship.

✈️ The opportunity

As Captain, you will lead a professional, multi-crew flight deck, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations on the E195. You will mentor flight crew, champion SOPs, and deliver a great experience for our guests while representing the national carrier with pride.

🧭 Minimum qualifications

  • ATPL(A) with a current E195 Type Rating.
  • Total flight time: 3,500+ hours.
  • PIC on E190/195: 500+ hours.
  • Time on type (E190/195): 1,500+ hours.
  • Multi-crew operations: 2,500+ hours.
  • Recent experience: last flight on E190/195 within the preceding 12 months.
  • Valid EASA FCL, Serbian CAD license, or a license validated/acceptable to the Serbian CAD.
  • Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • ELP Level 4 or higher.

🧰 Documents to submit

  • CV/resume with a recent passport-sized photo.
  • Copy of valid passport.
  • Copy of valid pilot license.
  • Certificate of license validity from the competent aviation authority (if not issued by Serbian CAD).
  • No accident/incident report from competent civil aviation authorities or previous operator (copy).
  • Class 1 Medical Certificate (copy).
  • Last two logbook pages showing total flight time by category (copies).
  • Police certificate confirming no ongoing criminal investigation and no prior criminal charges.
  • Letter of Recommendation from your most recent employer with contact details.
