Rishworth Aviation is partnering with Air Peace to recruit experienced First Officers for the Embraer E170/190 fleet, based in Lagos, Nigeria. An immediate start is available following successful screening.

  • Airline: Air Peace
  • Recruitment partner: Rishworth Aviation
  • Base: Lagos, Nigeria
  • Roster: 8 weeks on / 3 weeks off (commuter)
  • Start: Immediate, following successful screening
  • Minimum total time: 2,000 hours
  • Time on type: 500+ hours on Embraer E170/E190 (or suitable Embraer type)
  • Licence: ICAO with valid Embraer type rating
  • Medical: Valid Class 1
  • Recency: Last flight on type within 12 months (preferred)

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Operate the Embraer E170/190 as First Officer in accordance with Air Peace SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Support safe, efficient operations across domestic and regional networks.
  • Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, briefings, and post-flight debriefs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Captain and cabin crew to deliver on-time performance and a great passenger experience.
  • Maintain professional standards and complete recurrent training and checks as required.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 2,000 total flight hours.
  • At least 500 hours on Embraer E170/E190 or suitable Embraer type.
  • Current ICAO licence with appropriate Embraer type rating.
  • Valid Class 1 Medical.
  • Recent experience on type within the last 12 months (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Readiness to commence following successful screening.
