🧭 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 1,500 hours minimum
  • Type rating: Current and valid on Embraer E170/190
  • License: EASA ATPL
  • Medical: Valid Class 1
  • Language proficiency: ICAO English Level 4+
  • Passport: Valid international passport
  • Background: Clean criminal record
  • Work authorization: Ability to work without company visa sponsorship

  • Command safe, efficient operations of the E‑Jet in full compliance with SOPs and regulations.
  • Lead the flight deck and cabin teams with exemplary CRM and decisive leadership.
  • Execute thorough pre‑flight planning, performance and fuel calculations, and clear crew briefings.
  • Maintain rigorous standards in reporting, checklists, and safety management systems.
  • Coach and mentor First Officers, fostering continuous learning and professionalism.
