🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Operate Embraer E‑Jets safely and efficiently in accordance with company SOPs, CARs 705 regulations, and operational policies.
  • Demonstrate leadership on the flight deck, working collaboratively with crew and cross‑functional teams to deliver Porter’s Flying Refined service.
  • Actively participate in Porter’s Safety Management System (SMS), including reporting hazards and incidents encountered in daily operations.
  • Champion and promote the Company Safety Policy—safety is Porter’s #1 priority.
  • Communicate openly, honestly, and respectfully to support an inclusive, high‑performance culture.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Airline Transport Pilot License (Transport Canada), or completion of SAMRA and SARON written exams.
  • Minimum 1,500 hours total time.
  • Legal ability to work in Canada.
  • Current, valid Canadian passport; or an international passport with a valid U.S. Crewmember Visa (C‑1/D).

License required: ATPL_ICAO.FATPL

🌟 Preferred Assets

  • Previous jet experience in high‑density/complex airspace.
  • Time on the Embraer E170/E190 variant.
  • CARs 705 operational experience.
  • Aviation college diploma or university degree.

Candidates who do not meet every minimum may be considered based on overall experience and other factors.
