E‑Jet Captain (E170/E190) – Direct Entry | No Type Rating Required

🧭 The opportunity

As Captain on the Embraer E170/E190, you will lead a professional crew, set the standard for safety and service, and deliver smooth, efficient operations from pushback to parking. Bring command presence, sound judgement, and a collaborative mindset to every sector.

• Command E‑Jet operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Exercise decisive leadership in normal and non‑normal situations, upholding Just Culture and safety reporting.
• Champion crew resource management, mentoring First Officers and fostering teamwork on the flight deck and cabin.
• Ensure meticulous flight preparation, fuel and performance planning, and threat & error management.
• Represent the airline with professionalism in all customer and operational interactions.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 5,000 hours in airline operations
• Command time: 1,500 hours as PIC in airline operations
• Type rating: Not required — training provided on E170/E190

🌟 Qualifications & documents

• License: ATPL (EASA)
• Medical: Class 1
• Language proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Passport: Unlimited validity; if not an EU passport, it must not entail stricter entry restrictions than an EU passport
• Attributes: Strong leadership and teamwork skills

🎓 Training & onboarding

Non‑type‑rated Captains are welcome. You will receive an Embraer E170/E190 type rating and a structured program combining ground school, full‑motion simulator, and line training to ensure a confident, standards‑driven transition to line operations.
