🧭 Your path to the right seat
- Complete structured E‑Jet ground school, systems, and SOP training.
- Progress through high‑fidelity simulator sessions with instructor mentorship.
- Prepare for line operations while finalizing time‑building toward R‑ATP/ATP.
- Convert to E‑Jet First Officer once all experience, medical, and proficiency standards are met.
🧾 Minimum eligibility
- Certificates: FAA CPL; Instrument Rating.
- Medical: FAA First Class (privileges can be lapsed at application; must be eligible to renew).
- Training Status: Non‑Type Rated candidates welcome; E170/E190 type training provided.
- Check Rides: No more than one failure on record.
- License Holders: Open to FAA certificate holders only.
Flight time readiness (at application):
- R‑ATP track (1000 or 1250 hours): Instrument Rating; within 700 flight hours of the required total time or within 6 months of your estimated First Officer conversion date.
- ATP track (1500 hours): Commercial Certificate; within 1000 flight hours of the required total time or within 6 months of your estimated First Officer conversion date.
