🧭 The role
As a Direct Entry E‑Jet Captain, you will lead safe, efficient, and on-time operations, mentor the flight deck and cabin crew, and represent our values on every sector. This permanent role offers stability, professional growth, and the opportunity to shape a high-performing cockpit culture.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Command E170/E190 flights in accordance with company SOPs and all regulatory requirements.
- Exercise strong leadership, CRM, and decision-making in all phases of flight and irregular operations.
- Drive a safety-first culture, ensuring disciplined threat and error management.
- Coach and mentor First Officers; foster teamwork and clear communication across the crew.
- Plan and execute flights efficiently, balancing operational, commercial, and passenger needs.
- Maintain high personal standards of professionalism, autonomy, and flexibility.
🌟 What you bring
- Experience: Minimum 4,000 hours total time and 1,000 hours PIC, including 1,000 hours as PIC on A/C > 20.
- Licensing: EASA ATPL (A) with valid Class 1 Medical.
- Language: Bilingual — German (native or B2+) and English (native or B2+); ICAO English Level 4 minimum.
- Type Rating: Not required — E‑Jet training provided (NTR welcome).
- Travel Docs: Unrestricted passport and a valid background check.
- Leadership qualities: Proven leadership, teamwork, commitment, autonomy, and flexibility.
- Work authorization: Visa sponsorship is not provided.
