Embraer Captain – Private Jet Operations (Toronto & Montreal)

Join AirSprint as an Embraer Captain and deliver bespoke, fractional private jet travel for our Owners across the Americas, Hawaii, Europe and beyond. You’ll lead safe, efficient flights while providing a polished, highly personalized experience—backed by robust SOPs, responsive operations support and a flexible, multi-option work schedule.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Command Embraer jets with unwavering commitment to safety, compliance and Owner satisfaction.
• Operate to varying, sometimes unfamiliar destinations and routes with strong company support.
• Apply sound pilot decision-making and adhere to standard operating procedures at all times.
• Adapt quickly to changes in daily operations and respond promptly to irregular operations.
• Collaborate seamlessly with your crew to deliver a safe, smooth and memorable journey for AirSprint Owners.
• Maintain professionalism on and off the aircraft, representing AirSprint’s premium brand.

🧰 What You Bring

• License: Valid ATPL (ICAO).
• Time: 4,000 hours total time, 1,000 hours PIC, and 500 hours Jet PIC.
• Right to travel: Canadian passport or resident status with visas enabling free travel within Canada, the U.S., Mexico, the Caribbean, South America and Western Europe.
• Training access: Able to travel to the United States as a passenger for training.
• Clearances: Eligible for Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) and Corporate CANPASS; able to pass a criminal background check.
• Physical ability: Regularly lift, push or pull at least 30 lbs.
• Professional traits: Technical and analytical focus; decisive within your span of control; thrives in a structured, SOP-driven environment with clearly defined crew roles.

🌟 Bonus Points

• Aviation degree or diploma (recognized post-secondary).
• Jet experience and time on type (Embraer).
• Corporate/owner-flown environment experience.
• Oceanic/overseas operations experience.

🗺️ Where You’ll Fly

Based in Toronto or Montreal, you’ll operate throughout Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, South America and Western Europe—plus special missions to Hawaii and other destinations as required.
