🧭 What You’ll Do

• Operate Embraer aircraft safely and efficiently in multi-crew, multi-sector operations.
• Execute all phases of flight to the highest professional and regulatory standards.
• Apply robust TEM and CRM principles, leading by example on the flight deck.
• Maintain operational currency, SOP discipline, and a strong safety mindset.
• Contribute to a positive, performance-driven culture and mentor developing crew where appropriate.

🧰 What You Bring

• Valid ATPL (ICAO-compliant).
• Current Class 1 Medical and ICAO English Level 4+.
• Recent multi-crew, multi-engine jet or turboprop experience; Embraer type rating preferred.
• Strong CRM, leadership, and decision-making skills suited to a quick command track.
• Clean safety record and the professionalism to uphold strict SOPs.
• Able to meet South African immigration and work authorization requirements.
